TOMMY HILFIGER LAUNCHES FASHION GAME
Hilfiger Ventures, founded by fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and Joe Lamastra, teams up with global free-to-play game publisher Tilting Point, to launch an interactive mobile fashion game using the latest AI technology.
Ahead of the game's launch in January 2024, Tommy Hilfiger shared, “My life's goal has been to make fashion more accessible. Given how many people engage in fashion through their phones, I thought there had to be a way to bring everyone together in one community, providing a more immersive experience."
FashionVerse uses Brandible's proprietary AI model to create photorealistic 3D avatars, settings and props, providing a virtual experience. Within the game, players take on design challenges to create perfectly curated fashion sets in Stylist mode or Trendsetter mode. Players can also share their creations, vote on other stylists' scenes, comment on favorite looks, win prizes and unlock new clothing styles while discovering the latest trends from real fashion brands.

GUCCI SUPPORTS UNICEF'S EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
Gucci commits €300,000 to the UNICEF Education Thematic Fund on behalf of Creative Director Sabato De Sarno and his staff. The aim is to support UNICEF's education programs to ensure that every child has the basic right to a quality education, focusing on the world's most vulnerable communities.
In a statement, the fashion house said that "the global disruption to education caused by the COVID-19 pandemic is unprecedented, and its implications for and access to education are still impacting children's learning today."

SAINT LAURENT OPENS 'CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE' IN TUSCANY
French luxury fashion house Saint Laurent opens 'Centre of Excellence' L'Atelier Maroquinerie for the development and production of accessories and leather goods of the brand in Scandicci, Florence.
The facility will be home to the brand's extensive research activities, fostering innovation in materials and components to create outfits that express the fashion house's timeless heritage and contemporary appeal.
It will produce all of the brand's prototypes and samples, as well as custom items for Saint Laurent's VIP customers. The manufacturing activity of the site will be limited to those highly specialized items and complex projects which are stated to require the highest degree of technical skill.
