Israelite fashion house My Lady will soon surprise Bulgarian women and clients of Bridal Fashion boutiques – official representative of the brand in Bulgaria. Especially for its Bulgarian representative a remarkable collection will be made. Dresses will be decorated with thousands of Swarovski crystals, bridal dresses will be made of natural silk, silk chiffon and shantung. The head designer of the brand Haim Bar has made a promise to create also formal dresses with unique design, combining lace and natural silk in different colours. Prices will be very competitive.

Gap founder Don Fisher dies
Donald Fisher, founder of the legendary denim company Gap, has died aged 81.
Fisher opened the first Gap outlet in 1969 with wife Doris, after being frustrated at not being able to find a pair of perfectly fitting jeans. Together, they have been responsible for bringing us classic great-fitting denim for the last 40 years.

Children drew friendship on a Versace bag
Versace launched a bag, decorated with printed children’s drawings on Frinedship. “Версаче” създаде чанта, декорирана с щампи от детски рисунки на тема “Приятелство”. This project is result of the designer teaming up with the Art Unites program at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York. Bags will cost $250 and incomes will be devided between two foundations.

tom ford and women – a possible combination
Tom Ford will launch hi first women’s collection, vogue.co.uk announced. Former Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent designer launched his first own collection in 2004. Although the success of his men’s collections and the range of sunglasses and perfumes, Tom Ford has never created women’s wear. Ford is looking for £30 millions to launch his project.

Lindsay Lohan – scandal in favour of ungaro
Scandalous Lindsay Lohan is the new artistic advisor of Ungaro, WWD reports. The brand also presented its new designer – Spain Estrella Arks. There are comments whether the choice of the Hollywood actress, notorious for her addiction to drugs and alcohol is a successful move of the Parisian fashion house.

Christian Louboutin behind the camera
The man with red-soled shoes as Christian Louboutin is known, directed his first movie, dedicated to the opening of his newest boutique in Hollywood. The eight-minute movie tells the story of a young woman finding her ultimate fantasy at the new Hollywood Louboutin store. The designer makes a cameo himself.

Beatles mania by Rei Kawakubo
Japanese fashion house Commes des Garcons is to collaborate with The Beatles and Apple Corps Ltd. Kawakubo’s Japanese fashion house, Commes des Garcons, has teamed up with the London-based company that represents the iconic band’s legacy and musical catalogue. The new collection is due to launch in the middle of November.
